Statement of Faith

Orphan Helpers believes that any solution, apart from the saving knowledge of God through His Son, Jesus Christ, is temporary at best.

"I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me." Matthew 25:40

Biblical Foundation We hold that belief in and acceptance in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior is the only way to have eternal life in Heaven.  John 3:16, Romans 10:9-1 We believe that God expects "those who have been given much" to give to those who have little.  Luke 12:48 We believe that serving orphans in their distress is pure and undefiled religion.  James 1:27 We believe that serving orphans is like unto service to God.  Matthew 25:40

Statement of Faith We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God. We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe in the deity and humanity of Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, in His present rule as Head of the Church and in His personal return in power and glory. We believe that for the salvation of the lost and sinful men regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life. We believe that Jesus Christ will return personally and visibly in power and glory to consummate His salvation and His judgment. We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ, with equality across race, gender, and class differences.
