David retired from the Air National Guard of the United States and the Virginia Air National Guard, in the grade of Brigadier General. After retiring with 31 years of service, he and his wife, Dr. Terilyn Goins, founded G&P Enterprise, a company providing motivational and inspirational contemporary music, communication and business management consulting. David also currently serves as Board President for The International Community Foundation. David and Terilyn have been associated with Orphan Helpers for the past eight years.
David and Terilyn have been married for 20 years and reside in Yorktown, VA. They have four children – Janet, Tre’, Taylor, and Loghan.
